The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The building plans have been reviewed for compliance with development package DP16-0202. It appears that outdoor use areas are proposed, two (2) within the right-of-way along Congress St. and two (2) at the east and west end of the building. The outdoor use areas are not shown on the approved development package. Also there is a beer cooler added near the southwest corner of the building that is not shown on the approved development package. A revise development package will need to be approved prior to approval of the building plans. 3. Until all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
