The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The applicant is proposing a 6.8' setback from east property line and 6.9' setback from west property line. The required setback is 9.9' from east and west property lines based on a 15' wall height. Put the adjacent owner's setback waiver on the site plan as one sheet. DDO approval required prior to zoning approval. |
