12/06/2018 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Southwest Gas, the local gas utility, provides natural gas at 7" WG, 2 PSIG, and 5 PSIG. Appliances needing gas service at 7" WG or greater (e.g. pizza ovens) will require a gas meter that delivers at least 2-PSIG gas into a regulator located after the meter set. Reference: Section 402.1, IFGC 2012.
2. The hot water capacity with the proposed water heater is only 3.6 GPM with an 100 degree Fahrenheit rise but the hot water demand appears to be approximately 7 GPM using Table E103.3(2) and Table E103.3(3), IPC 2012. Show how the proposed water heater will be able to supply the projected hot water demand. Reference: Section 607.1, IPC 2012.
3. If PEX tubing is used for the water distribution, provide an approved method of disinfection that will not expose the tubing to excessive chlorine levels. Reference: Section 610.1, IPC 2012.
4. Provide separate indirect waste pipes for each compartment of the 3-compartment sink to protect against cross-contamination or fouling. Reference: Sections 801.2 and 802.1.8, IPC 2012.
5. Verify that the vents serving the grease interceptor rise vertically to at least 6" above the flood rims of the interceptor prior to running horizontally. Reference: Section 905.4, IPC 2012.

2. Provide the installed weight of the rooftop equipment. Reference: Section 302.1, IMC 2012.
3. Condensate drains shall be terminated at an approved disposal location (i.e. not onto the roof). Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
4. Provide calculations to show how ventilation will be provided for the occupied spaces. Reference: Section 401.2, IMC 2012.
