#1. Ref; Plan Sheet E3.3. Detail 4 shows the conduit being bonded to the grounded conductor. The conductor should be the equipment grounding conductor not the grounded conductor.
#2. Provide a signed letter from the manufacturer of the service equipment stating that the proposed supply side PV interconnection utilizing existing busbar holes to perform the tap will not compromise the listing or performance of the equipment. Otherwise provide for a field evaluation by a certified listing agency after the tap is performed to maintain the listing of the equipment.
