COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the current unapproved version of the development package. While the building footprint is consistent with the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc) zoning cannot approve the building plans until DP is approved. 2. COMMENT: In addition, the building plans must be approved by the PDSD commercial plans reviewers before zoning can approve the plans. 3. COMMENT: Once the plans have been approved by all Commercial Plans reviewers and no site changes are made that affect zoning requirements, zoning will stamp and sign the building plans as it pertains to the zoning review purview. 4. COMMENT: Remove the remove the unapproved sheets in the building package that are stamped with the PDSD approval stamp or mark them as reference or prior to final approval of the building plans include copies of the approved, stamped and signed DP sheets in the building plan package.
