Dodge Boulevard TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 4, 2018 DUE DATE: December 5, 2018 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 01. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the drawings for the roof top solar panels and Canopies in the parking lot. While zoning does not have any adverse comments to the roof top solar panels the application cannot be approved by zoning at this time. 02. COMMENT: A DP must be submitted and approved for the parking lot canopies before zoning can approve the permit application as a whole. 03. COMMENT: Include a copy of the approved DP with the next submittal and zoning counter staff should be able to approve the building permit. 04. COMMENT: The DP site plan shall include a Cross section of the canopies with heights from grade to the bottom of the canopy on both ends. Canopies within the PAAL must be a minimum of 15 feet clear through the PAAL. 05. COMMENT: Canopies must be setback from the ends of the parking spaces at least one foot.
