COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1).

This site is located in the O-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). Multi-family residences are a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3).

The setback on a corner lot is 20'0" and 10'0". The proposed solar structure on the north side of the property is 13'7" in height and is within the required 10'0" setback. The requested setback is 7'0". A DDO is required for this project.
