The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The proposed addition on the east side of the structure is 12'2" which requires an 8'1" setback. The requested setback is 4'0". |
