1. A carbon monoxide detector is required because gas fuel is used for appliances. The CO detector must be installed outside of the sleeping areas in a central location in the hallway.
2. The gas yardline is undersized for the total BTU of the appliances and developed length of the gas line to the most remote location.
3. Need to show a framing plan for the replacement of roof rafters; show the size and spacing of rafters and insulation.
