1) Provide flood vents for each enclosed horse stall. Each stall will require 1 square inch of venting per 1 square foot of floor area. Vents are to be located within 1' of grade. Suggest removing the lower 2x6 paneling on the front and rear of each stall. Update the profile and elevation views as needed to reflect the required flood openings. An elevation certificate completed by a registered land surveyor will be needed
2) Engineering can conduct an over the counter review once the above comment and any outstanding review comments are addressed. An elevation certificate along with a flood plain use permit will be issued upon the final review
