Mission Road #102 T18CM07526 New 100 AMP Pedestal Plan (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: October 5, 2018 1. The electrical plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The proposed pedestals shown along the northeast area of the site appear to be new RV sites in what appears to be a storage area. This would be considered an expansion in number of RV sites. Provide a copy of an approved site plan showing the proposed RV sites or a new development package, that meets the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06, will need to be submitted and approved. If a new development package is required it will need to demonstrate that all current development standards are met, i.e. density. 3. Until all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve. Once the above comments are addressed Zoning will provide an over-the-counter review.
