The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The proposal is the enclose an existing carport to livable space. The required setback on the west elevation would be 6'0" based on a wall height of 8'8". The proposal is for a 3'4" setback. |
