#1. The NEC requires a supplemental ground rod (2 total) placed no further than 6 feet apart for the grounding electrodes used at the electrical service and the transformer. NEC 250.53(A2),(A3).
#2. There is a 500 watt quartz pole mounted exterior luminaire shown in the details of plan sheet C-4. There is a note that states, "POWER ROUTED PER ELECTRICAL DESIGN". This luminaire is not shown in the electrical drawings or the circuit breaker panel schedule. If it to be utilized, assign a circuit number and show its location on the electrical plans, and show full compliance with the Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code for shielding, lumen calcs, and color temperature output requirements. This code can be printed or downloaded from www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd.
