COMMENT: Zoning has done a cursory review of the plans but cannot approve them at this time. This is a proposal for a new cell tower using a Broadleaf tree design and must be approved through a Special Exception review and approval process first. 02. COMMENT: Once the SE process has been completed, the planning review section will have to review these plans for compliance with the special exception PDP and stamp and sign before Zoning can approve and signoff on the plans. 03. COMMENT: Zoning will do a review on the next submittal and do a compliance review of the plans with the Special Exception approval and conditions if any and verify that the Peter Mclaughlin has approved and signed the plans. 04. COMMENT: Add as reference the Special Exception case number next to the title block of all plan sheets.
