Soils engineer shall inspect foundation excavations prior to placement of concrete". Please verify if there is a geotechnical investigation report for this project. 3. Sheet 5; Isometric Plan A: A note on the isometric indicates mid-span bracing per Detail 10. Please verify (no Detail 10) if this bracing is required. 4. Structural Calculations; Sheet 1.8: Although the calculations make a case for the use of the 2006 IBC for wind load design (Sheet A1), no case is made for seismic design loads. Although wind will control the lateral design, a seismic analysis should still be performed using the 2012 IBC. Please verify. 5. Structural Calculations; Sheet 2.0: The calculations specify 30 gauge roof deck, while Detail 1/6 indicates 29 gauge. Please verify. 6. Structural Calculations; Sheet 3.0: The section in the calculations indicates 7'-0" to 8'-6" maximum to bottom of beam, while the Section B/5 indicates 7'-0" to 10'-6" maximum. Please verify. 7.
