COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the plans for compliance with the current approved version of the development package. While the proposed location is encroaching into the parking area to the north of the proposed changes. The drawings do depict the number of parking spaces that will be lost due to the modifications and it is not very clear if the existing parking structure will remain as is or be modified for the Chillers. A revision to the DP will have to be processed for review and approval. Once the DP has been reviewed and approved include a copy of the approved revised DP with the next submittal of these building plans.

2. Zoning will review the plans and verify that they are in compliance with the approved revision of the DP. In addition zoning cannot approve the building plans until the building plans have been approved by the PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers.
