Broadway Boulevard - O-3 Zone TRANSMITTAL DATE: September 27, 2018 DUE DATE: September 25, 2018 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the plans for compliance with the current approved version of the development package. While the proposed location does not appear to encroach or cause a loss of parking spaces with the new canopy it is not clear on the building plans how the parking area is affected. A revision to the DP will have to be processed for review and approval. Once the DP has been reviewed and approved include a copy of the approved revised DP with the next submittal of these building plans. 2. Zoning will review the plans and verify that they are in compliance with the approved revision of the DP. In addition zoning cannot approve the building plans until the building plans have been approved by the PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers. |
