1. The Cell Tower plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Based on Special Exception Case SE-15-30 condition 7 The wireless communication monopalm, including attachments such as antenna panels and palm fronds, shall not exceed fifty (50) feet in height from grade elevation. That said the proposed antennas exceed the allowed fifty (50) height. A special exception is required contact Peter McLaughlin, (520) 837-4898 or John Beall (520) 837-76966.
