Prior to Zoning approval, the following is required:

1. On the Site Plan, Sheet A-01, please revise all labels on the property and surrounding properties from R-1 to NR-1.
2. Please provide documentation of the lot split approved by Zoning Review staff. According to Pima County Assessor's Records, a lot split took place on July 7, 2009, but no records at our office indicate that the lot split was approved by Zoning Review staff.
