(a) Incorrect allowable lumen amount. Area 3- Option 3 is used for both Full Cut-Off and Unshielded. 175000 (Full Cut-Off) - 11000 (Unshielded)=164000 x .71 (acres)= 116440 Allowed vs 146624 Proposed. The Proposed lumen amount exceeds the allowable for this parcel.
(b) Because all the lighting proposed is Full Cut-Off, Option 2 would be the better choice.
250000 x .71 (acres)= 177500 Allowed FCO lumens vs 146624 Proposed.
The proposed lumen amount is within the allowable.
(c) The Full Cut-Off under canopy luminaires are exempt from the lumen inventory but are still included in the proposed lumens.
(d) For future projects, please include the lumen calcs on the site plan or lighting plan sheet.
