The building plans, odor mitigation plan have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Exhibit 1, Odor Mitigation Site Plan does not match the approved development package (DP). The exhibit labels PAD 2 as a building and also as "OUTDOOR GROW AREA" If you are proposing to have additional outdoor grow areas other than what is shown on the approved DP than a revision is required to the DP. 3. It is not clear where the proposed fans and vapor system will receive the electrical power from. Electrical sheets within the building set may need to be modified. 4.
