07/24/2018 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Verify that adequate dynamic water pressure (30 - 90 PSI) is available for proper operation of the emergency showers. Reference: Sections 303.2 and 604.3, IPC 2012.
2. Provide calculations showing how the water supply piping has been sized. Note that emergency eyewashes and showers have continuous supply demands (20 GPM for the Haws 8300 FP) and the use of plumbing fixture units is not appropriate. Reference: Sections 604.1 and 604.3, IPC 2012.
3. The emergency shower/eyewash specification calls for the installation of a Haws model 9201H tempering valve. Provide an installation detail and show the source of hot water. Reference: Section 303.2, IPC
4. Provide a freeze-proof emergency shower/eyewash that does not rely upon below-grade stop-and-waste valves. Reference: Section 608.7, IPC 2012.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the approved version of the development package. While the building footprint is consistent with the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc.) zoning cannot approve the building plans until the building plans have been approved by the 3rd Party and PDSD Commercial Plans Reviewers.

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP.

3. COMMENT: If any changes are necessary, due to the 3rd Party and PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments that affect or change the building footprint, height, or square footage, the DP will need to be updated prior to approval of the building plans by Zoning.

4. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the 3rd Party and PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.

5. COMMENT: Label the height of the north wall on the elevation and cross section drawings. The maximum height proposed and approved on the DP is 27 feet.
