COMMENT: After consulting with Peter McLaughlin, community Planning/Cell Tower Review it was determined that the annotation stated on several of the sheets as existing monoelm and similar annotations shall be revised to state "proposed" or "new". Review the plans and revise the annotations as required. The Sunstate plans were not approved until today, so unless the tower was built without the benefit of an approved permit application all annotations shall be revised to state "proposed" or "new". 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the plans on the next submittal for compliance with the requested zoning changes.
