Fort Lowell Road TRANSMITTAL DATE: July 24, 2018 DUE DATE: July 27, 2018 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the Mono-Elm plans and compared the building plans to the PDP. While the cursory review did yield an indication that the Mono-Elm Cell Tower plans are consistent with what has been approved through the Special Exception Process zoning cannot approve the plans at this time. 2. COMMENT: Zoning is requesting that the elevation drawings include a clear representation of the Mono-Elm. The elevation drawings submitted are very light and the elm tree is not visible. Revise the elevations drawings or include another sheet that clearly depicts the elm tree camouflage. 3. Zoning will review the plans on the next submittal for compliance with the requested zoning changes.
