COMMENT: Zoning has done a second review of the building plans but cannot approve them at this time until the DP is reviewed and approved. As of this review date the DP has not been approved by all review agencies. 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the DP. Once the DP is approved by all reviewers zoning can approve the building plans. 3. COMMENT: Include as reference a copy of the PDSD approved, stamped and signed DP with the next submittal of the building plans.
