The building plans have been reviewed for compliance with development package DP17-0258 and appear to meet all requirements but until the following comments have been addressed. 3. Per PAD 30 Section III.B.3.B and III.G.4 provide a copy of the required sealed letter that the proposed building is in substantial conformance with PAD 30 Section III.G. 4. Until all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve. Once the above comments are addressed Zoning will provide an over-the-counter review.
