10/19/2018 PIMA COUNTY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Reviewer: Chris Anderson
MECHANICAL – COMMERCIAL
Regarding the ME’s response to previous Mechanical review comment 2, the heat pump schedule and outdoor unit schedule on this sheet were not revised to show the unit(s) that were selected in the heating and cooling load calculations. The ME indicates Carrier heat pumps with a total capacity of 59.0 MBH, while the Goodman selection in the calculations shows a total capacity of 51.6 MBH which is closer to the 46.6 MBH cooling load. Revise the schedules on sheet M-1 to show the Goodman selection with SEER 16.
Portions of all the revised mechanical sheets, especially sheet M-1 and engineers’ seals on others, are illegible. Reprint these sheets so that they are clearly legible and resubmit.
10/19/2018 PIMA COUNTY ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change ELECTRICAL – COMMERCIAL
The EE’s second response to previous Electrical item 2 includes changes to exterior fixtures F and G so that the selected fixtures have a maximum color temperature of 3500K. However, these changes were not made on the Light Fixture Schedule, sheet E3A. Please revise this schedule.
10/19/2018 PIMA COUNTY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change PLUMBING – COMMERCIAL
The ME’s second response to first review Plumbing comment 8 says again, “rain gutter and downspouts sized by Architect..” No calculations requested by the previous reviewer were included in this resubmittal package. The ME must coordinate with Architect to provide this information.
Portions of all the revised plumbing sheets, especially engineers’ seals, are illegible. Reprint these sheets so that they are clearly legible and resubmit.

(Include a copy as reference of the approved and PDSD stamped version of the DP with the next building plan submittal.

3. 3. COMMENT: If any changes are necessary, due to the PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments that affect or change the building footprint, height, or square footage, the DP will need to be updated prior to approval of the building plans by Zoning.

4. 4. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the 3rd Party and PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.
