COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. Zoning has done a comparison of the building footprints from the building plan package and the development package related to this development as it relates to the zoning review purview, which includes the building square footage, building height, building footprint, and location on the site. While the building footprint and is consistent there are changes that require that the Development package be revised prior to zoning approval of the building plans.

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP. (Include a copy of the revised and approved PDSD stamped version of the DP with the next building submittal.) Remove any copies of the DP from the building plan set that has not been signed by the PDSD Project Manager and if including the DP in the building set it must be the revised and PDSD signed copy of the DP.

3. COMMENT: If any changes are necessary, due to the 3rd Party or PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments that affect or change the building footprint, height, or square footage, the DP will need to be updated prior to approval of the building plans by Zoning.

4. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the 3rd Party or PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.

5. COMMENT: There is still an outstanding fee of $625.49 due on the current DP. Be aware that there will be additional review fees for the DP revision. Contact Kelly Lee or Alexandra Hines for the DP revision requirements, fees and submittal documents needed. (All fees must be paid prior to release of the DP or Building plans.)
