Sheet 0; Open Bay Office (Applicable Codes): This list references the 2009 IBC, the 2009 IMC, the 2009 IECC, and the 2008 NEC. Please update these to the 2012 IBC, IMC, and IECC, and the 2011 NEC. Verify this submittal meets all of the requirements of the updated codes. 3. Sheet 6; Installation Instructions: Note 1 indicates anchors to be installed per structural calculations. Please provide structural calculations for the structure and indicate anchor locations on a plan. 4. General: Please provide a site plan indicating the location of this structure. Provide separation distances from this structure to property lines, other buildings, etc. If this information is indicated on another sheet in this submittal, please reference this structure to that sheet. 5.
