COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. While the interior demo and remodel of the building are not an issue for zoning the outside dining is an expansion of use area for the new use and needs to be reviewed under the Development Package review and approval process. Contact Steve Shields at 837-4956 or email steve.shields@tucsonaz.gov for the requirements of the DP related to this project. Also zoning cannot approve the building plans until review and approval of the DP is completed and the 3rd Party and/or PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans. 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the approved DP. 3. COMMENT: If any changes are necessary, due to the 3rd Party or PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments that affect or change the building footprint, height, or square footage, the DP may need to be updated prior to approval of the building plans by Zoning. 4. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the 3rd Party and PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified compliance with approved DP the building plans will be approved by zoning.
