COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans. A revision to the Development Package was processed and is still under review.

While the building footprint is consistent with the footprint on the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc.) the site plan has been revised shifting the buildings to the east to allow for fire separation. In addition the entrance from to the site from Adelaide Drive has been revised and as a result 3 parking spaces have been lost. As a result of the revisions to the DP site plan and for consistency, the architectural site plan included in the building package must be replaced with the current version of the DP site plan.

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the revised DP and that the Design Professional also has reviewed and approved the building plans.

3. COMMENT: A review of the building plans must also be completed and approved by the PDSD assigned Design Professional. (For information on the Design Professional review Contact Carolyn Laurie at 837-4953.)
