Sheet IA0.0; Plumbing Calculations: Per the IBC Section 2902.1.1, the total occupant load shall be divided in half, and plumbing fixtures shall be determined for each sex. For the B portion, we have 18 males and 18 females, which requires one water closet for each sex. For the S portion, we have 30 males and 30 females, which requires one water closet for each sex. The plan on Sheet IA1.0 only indicates one restroom indicating Men's. A minimum of two of the single water closet restrooms must be designated as Women's. Please revise Sheet IA1.0 with this information. 5. Sheet IA0.0; Building Scope: Are Suites 156 and 164 being combined into one suite? Please verify. Pima County addressing must make a change for this. 6. Sheet A0.1; Life Safety Plan: In the office area, the exit doors must be separated a minimum of 31'-4" (per the plan calculation). The two doors in that area do not meet the requirement, but do not need to meet it since a second exit (out of the storage area) is provided. 7.
