Sheet A2.3; Ground Floor Plan: At the north wall of the building addition, a 6'-0" wide area is designated as M1. Please indicate on the plan what this represents, or add a reference note as an explanation. 3. Sheet A2.4; Second Floor Plan: Please complete the enlarged plan reference at the west stair. 4. Sheet A2.5; Exterior Wall Reveal: Please revise the detail reference number so this detail and an elevation on this sheet do not have the same number. 5. Sheet A2.5; Elevations 1 and 2: Please add the grid lines to the elevations. 6. Sheet A2.6; Building Section C: Please finish the detail reference for the vertical reveal between grids D and E. 7. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the approved development package. While the building footprint and the site revisions are consistent with the approved DP as it relates to the zoning review purview (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc) zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans. 2. COMMENT: The development package sheets provided in the building plan set should either be the approved set or marked as reference; or removed from the building set completely and submitted as a reference copy of the approved and signed development package. 3. COMMENT: Once the plans have been approved by all Commercial Plans reviewers and no site changes are made that affect zoning requirements, zoning will stamp and sign the building plans as it pertains to the zoning review purview.
