COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. While the proposed interior changes do not affect zoning requirements zoning cannot approve the plans until the PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewers have completed their review and approved the building plans.

2. COMMENT: On sheet SD1.0, Keynote 4 states that all striping will be repainted. However the striping behind the Accessible parking shall be removed, see redlines on sheet SD1.0

2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and assure that the striping as noted above has been removed.
