COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. While the proposed building and site changes appear to be in compliance with the zoning requirements and accessibility requirements zoning cannot approve the plans at this time.

On sheet SD1 the sign detail 6 needs to be revised to state the minimum clearance from the sidewalk to the bottom of the sign must be 84 inches.

2. COMMENT: While the interior remodel and facade modifications do not affect any zoning requirements, prior to approval of the building plans by Zoning, the plans must be approved by all Commercial plans reviewers.

3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that the zoning comments have been addressed on the plans. Once all zoning comments have been addressed and the plans have been approved by all commercial plans reviewers zoning will also approve and stamp the plans.

04/06/2018 DAN SANTA CRUZ ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Please address the following electrical plan review comments. Also provide a written response.
#1. The Outdoor Lighting Lumen calcs must include the existing site lighting. Section 104.2.1 OLC.
#2. Ref: Plan Sheet E2.0. The canopy luminaires per Keyed Note #8 needs to be included in the Outdoor Lighting calcs and luminaire schedule. Also must be assigned or identified with a mark.
#3. Provide compliance with section 402.1 for light source color output temperature.
#4. Assign branch circuit numbers and panel designations for all new or relocated outlets shown on the electrical floor plans.
#4. Provide a complete one-line diagram of the electrical service and show any modifications. Indicate new or existing equipment.
#5. Provide complete panel schedules including load calcs.
