COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. While the proposed changes do not affect any zoning requirements the zoning review did yield an indication that the maximum slope on the new accessible ramp next to the parking spaces exceeds the 1:12 slope requirement. Unless there is a reasonable hardship it appears that the ramp can be designed to comply with the 1:12 slope requirement.

Also, label the cross and running slopes for the accessible parking spaces and the accessible aisle; maximum slopes is 2% either direction.

2. COMMENT: While the interior remodel and facade modifications do not affect any zoning requirements, prior to approval of the building plans by Zoning, the plans must be approved by all Commercial plans reviewers.

3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that the zoning comments have been addressed on the plans. Once all zoning comments have been addressed and the plans have been approved by all commercial plans reviewers zoning will also approve and stamp the plans.
