Please include the IBC reference (Section 1806) and the allowable soil bearing value on the drawings. Revise the foundation calculations as required.

2. The civil sheets provided in the building set either need to be the approved Development Package DP18-0077, marked as for reference only or removed from the building set.

3. Until all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
