COMMENT: Zoning has done a courtesy review of the proposed building addition /expansion but cannot approve the building plans at this time. Per the Zoning reviewer comments at time of the building plan submittal, a revised DP is required before approval of the building plans by zoning. 2. COMMENT: The proposed building plans expansion is minimal and could be reviewed over the counter by zoning assuming the DP is revised and approved ahead of time and all the PDSD Commercial Plan reviewers have also approved the building plans. Assure that a copy of the revised and approved DP is available when the building plans are resubmitted for review or if an over the counter review is possible. 3. COMMENT: Zoning will do another building plan review on the next submittal to verify consistency with the revised and approved DP.
