03/23/2018 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Provide a metering faucet for the revised lavatory. The faucet shakll deliver no more than 0.25 gallons per cycle and each cycle shall last for more than 10 seconds. Reference: Section 416.6, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
2. Provide tempered water for the public restroom lavatory using an approved device conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2012.
03/23/2018 DAN SANTA CRUZ ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Please address the following electrical plan review comments. Also provide a written response.
#1. As requested per the previous plan review comment #1,"Provide complete compliance with the Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code". Section 104.2 states that evidence must be provided on the plan documents that the proposed work will comply with this code.
(a) Indicate the lighting area and option used from table 401.1. Include lumen calcs allowed vs total lumens proposed including any existing luminaires.
(b) Provide compliance with 402.1 for lamp source color temperature for all the exterior luminaires.
