COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the approved development package. While the building footprint(s) is consistent with the approved DP as it relates to the zoning review purview (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc.) zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Residential or Commercial Plans reviewers have approved the building plans. As of this building plan review by Zoning review staff the building plans had not been reviewed by the Residential or Commercial Plans Reviewers. 2. COMMENT: Remove and replace the unapproved sheets of the DP (included in the building package) with approved and signed copies or mark them as reference only. However, if available, include as reference a copy of the approved and signed copy of the DP with the next submittal. 3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the approved version of the DP and that any revisions made to the building plans do not affect zoning requirements. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide two sets of updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2012 International Residential Code and 2012 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL COMMENTS: 1.
