1. After Billboard Note #7 , insert paragraph replicating paragraph in boxed note on Sheet 2 as to removal under Exhibit 3 of the Stipulation within 12 years of the Judgment Effective Date including in parentheses the actual removal deadline of November 16, 2021 (note: this note replaces the standard one on Exhibit 3 modification status).

2. Delete Billboard Notes #8, #9 & #10, as this information is not required on Sheet 1 in current format, and renumber remaining notes to conform.

3. Before Billboard Note #11 (on light fixture removal), add standard note: “There shall be no lighting or electrical installation, removal, relocation, or repair other than specified on the scope of work”.

1. In 2nd paragraph of boxed notes directly below Scope of Work, insert the removal deadline date (November 16, 2021) after “Judgment Effective Date”.
