Sheet 1 of 2 No comments. Sheet 2 of 2 1. Exhibit 9, Section 2(x) of the Stipulation provides for replacement of an existing meter with a permit; the Stipulation does not provide for the addition of a meter where none exists; in this case, based on material included with the resubmittal, work involving the meter was initiated without a permit over two years ago and the meter was removed from the site; please provide any additional documents or information for consideration that address the timing and reasons for the previous meter having been removed. 2. In Existing Electrical Riser Diagram, the clouded revision relates to the wrong vertical EMT conduit run; restore the designation for the EMT conduit run from the weatherhead to the service panel to that shown in the original submittal (3/4” existing and replacement conduit) and revise the conduit run from the ballast junction box to the light fixtures to show ½” existing and replacement conduit (consistent with the rest of the submittal).
