Sheet 1 of 2 1. Revise site plan with aerial photograph underlay so as to make all dimensions readily legible. 2. In title block, revise billboard repair to indicate billboard electrical repair. Sheet 2 of 2 1. Provide note and supporting documentation as to when the existing electric meter was removed and the reasons for the removal. 2. Above or below 1st paragraph of Scope of work, add paragraph(s) to reflect respective removals of the two vertical EMT runs, weatherhead and associated wiring (consistent with Comments #3 & #4 below). 3. In 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, use “install” rather than “replace” (in conjunction with Comment #2 above). 4. In or after 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, add language to reflect installation of new load side EMT and associated wiring. 5. In Existing Electrical Riser Diagram, revise existing EMT diameter on load side to ½”, consistent with the dimension shown in the North Sign Face Elevation & New Electric Riser Diagram. (Note: if it is determined that the existing is ¾” EMT still indicate replacement with ½” EMT, consistent with the wiring for a single face/single ballast application). 6. Revise timer indicated to EWZ101 or the panel to 122 SP or SPST equivalent; a single ballast/single light fixture billboard does not require DPST and the Stipulation prohibits any expansion that would utilize the extra capacity of the EWZ103. 7. Provide standard panel schedule. 8. In title block, revise authorized repair to indicate authorized electrical repair. FIN. |
