In 1st paragraph of boxed notes to right of Scope of Work box, add reference to Paragraph 10.4 of Stipulation that governs OSHA-mandated safety alterations. 2. For 13th & 14th paragraphs of Scope of Work, please add a paragraph for each, in the standard format, so the first is to “remove” and the second is to “install” (and assuring that dimensions conform with details related to comments #1 & #2 on Sheet 4). 3. After 15th paragraph or in other appropriate location of Scope of Work, add paragraph to reflect installation of safety cable guide 4. Add Side View Elevation or other appropriate view (including depiction of light fixtures) that shows dimensions from grade to respective bottoms of column mounted and upper access ladders; Sheet 3 of 4 No comments. Sheet 4 of 4 1, Add detail for column mounted ladders, including mounting detail, clarifying any dimensional differences between the existing and new ladders and showing distance from grade to bottoms and tops of ladders.. 2. In Upper Access Ladder, clarify any dimensional differences between existing and new 3.
