Sheet 1 of 2 1. In appropriate detail, provide the lateral distance from Billboard #538 to the south property line. 2. In Partial Vicinity Map, revise to indicate only the utility poles between the Point A utility pole and Billboard #538 that service Billboard #538(separate utility poles unrelated to billboard service are also indicated). 3. In Partial Vicinity Map, revise to indicate only the utility poles between the Point A utility pole and Billboard #537 that service Billboard #537 (separate utility poles unrelated to billboard service are also indicated). 4. In Partial Vicinity Map, conform with Sheet 2 the run of overhead triplex shown that is to be replaced (Sheet 1 includes the run from Point A to Billboard #538 where Sheet 2 indicates only from the pole to replaced to the Point A pole). 5. In Partial Vicinity Map, finish text in note on buried conductors. 6. In Partial Vicinity Map, add to the note on removal of triplex and utility poles to Billboard #537 that work is as per the demolition permit T18BU00491. Sheet 2 of 2 1. Provide information as to when and the cause of the existing utility pole with attached junction boxes being removed and on ground. 2. Before 1st paragraph of Scope of Work, provide paragraph(s) on removal of two existing junction boxes, liquidtite, riser conduit, wiring and weatherhead. 3. In On-Line Diagram & Partial Vicinity Map, revise as to show correct number of utility poles between common utility pole and Billboard #538 and Billboard #537 structures respectively (utility poles unrelated to billboard service are also included in both runs). 4. In One-Line Diagram & Partial Vicinity Map show demarcation line at common utility pole and indicate that overhead triplex, utility poles and shown electrical parts servicing Billboard #537 to be removed under separate demolition permit (T18BU00491). 5. In Partial Vicinity Map, if necessary, clarify end point of triplex to be replaced (Note: Sheet 1 shows triplex to be replaced all of the way to Billboard #538 structure). 6. Provide clearance of lowest point of replaced triplex over railroad tracks. 7. In title Block, revise title to authorized electrical repair. 8. In Title Block delete address and associated ID numbers for COT ID #537 and reduce number of faces from four (4) to two (2), as work applied for here is to only relate to Billboard #538. FIN. |
