Based on a wall height of 7'-4" for the accessory sleeping quarters, the required perimeter yard setback to the south property line is 6', proposed perimeter yard is 0.59' or approximately 0'7". The proposed wall height is 9' for the front patio wall. The maximum wall height per UDC Article 6.6.2 is 6'. |
