Sheet 1 of 4 1. Revise site plan to show entire parcel (with an added detail for the billboard footprint and two nearest property lines if necessary). 2. Assure dimensions shown from billboard footprint to applicable property lines are legible. Sheet 2 of 4 1. Separate 7th paragraph of Scope of Work into two paragraphs, one to “remove” existing access ladder, and one to “install” replacement access ladder (standard format as in paragraphs above). 2. In new 8th paragraph, clarify whether replacement access ladder is like or not, and if not, provide reference to Sheet 4 to clarify proposed changes and justifications (see comments on Sheet 4). 3. In Partial Site Plan, show the roadway that is being measured to as Grant Road (the name of the roadway changes to Kolb Road south of Tanque Verde). 4. In Partial Site Plan, correct distance from billboard footprint to Grant Road. Sheet 3 of 4 No comments. Sheet 4 of 4 1. In Upper Access Ladder, add portions of catwalks or other billboard parts that each of the three access ladder clips mount to. 2. In Upper Access Ladder, clarify if ladder dimensions and ladder mounting dimensions are like to existing. 3. In Top Ladder Mounting Detail, clarify if detail is same for middle and bottom access ladder mounting as for the top shown; if not, add additional detail for middle and/or bottom mountings. 4. In Top Ladder Mounting Detail, clarify if replacement access ladder clips are like or not. 5. Clarify if any other access ladder replacement parts not addressed in Comments #1-#4 above are not like. 6. For any access ladder replacement parts that are not like, provide OSHA or other applicable documentation to justify the change. FIN. |
