COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1).


This site is located in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4).

The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six (6) feet (UDC Section 6.6.2.I). The applicant is proposing to add 2'-0" on top of an existing CMU perimeter wall, for a total of 8'-0". DDO approval is required.
