The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submitting mylar plans set for final approval. Please submit a PDF copy of the revised plan set prior to submitting mylars. 1. Sheet 3: Label all ADOT standards referenced with current ADOT standards. 2. Sheet 3, Detail 6: Verify that referenced details are labeled correctly. 3. Sheet 4: Reference detail for SD1 storm drain connection into RCBC culvert. 4. Sheet 4: Provide rock riprap details (rock size, depth and fabric details) for drainage swales located at Sta.58+39.50, RT & LT, (Camino Boledoras). 5.
