RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED:TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and recommend a conditional approval. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submitting mylar plans set for final approval. Please submit a PDF copy of the revised plan set prior to submitting mylars.



1.) Sheet 2 through 15: Revise title blocks so that the titles are all the identical. Extraneous labeling such as sheet details may be placed above the title block.


2.) Sheet 5, Dtl DT/R2: Per City of Tucson Technical Standards Manual Section 10-01.4.2.D requires a minimum 5' x 5' landing be provided at the top of curb access ramps. Please revise detail accordingly.
